REAGEN™Beta-Lactam ELISA Test Kit is a competitive enzyme immunoassay for the quantitative analysis of beta-lactams including ampicillin, penicillin G, amoxicillin, cloxacillin, oxacillin in milk, milk powder, honey, egg, urine, tissue (liver, kidney, and muscle), serum, and plasma samples.
REAGEN™ Beta-lactam ELISA Test Kit enables international and government regulatory agencies, food manufacturers and processors, as well as quality assurance organizations, to detect beta-lactam containing antibiotics to satisfy customer concerns about food safety.
1. High recovery (80-120%), low-cost rapid sample prep protocol (10 minutes - 1 hour).
2. High sensitivity: 1.0ng/gram = 1.0ppb (parts per billion).
3. High reproducibility (interplate and intraplate CV typically <8%).
4. Rapid assay protocol (less than 2 hours to process 40 samples in duplicate).
